We understand that you may only purchase a handful of mattresses in your lifetime, so knowing what to expect can be a challenge. That's why we strive to make our policies as clear as possible.
DLX provides a comprehensive Lifetime Limited Warranty to back each of our quality mattresses. For the first ten years, we fully cover any repairs or replacements if the mattress is deemed defective, with the purchaser responsible for any related transportation and/or disposal costs. After the first decade, our warranty becomes prorated. If a defect arises, DLX offers repairs or replacements at a prorated charge plus transportation costs and/or disposal costs. Our warranty includes the special Comfort Assurance Program, allowing customers to replace their mattress at a discounted rate for comfort reasons, even if the mattress isn't technically defective. This unique initiative is our way of acknowledging that your comfort isn't always about technicalities or specifications, but about your personal experience and satisfaction.
Lifetime Comfort Assurance Program
In our century-long journey in the sleep business, we at DLX have understood that warranties can often seem complex and confusing. This insight led us to craft a unique program that prioritizes your comfort, transcending the traditional concept of a warranty. We proudly present to you the DLX's Lifetime Comfort Assurance Program.
How It Works:
In essence, the Comfort Assurance Program acts as a fallback for any discomfort concerns you might face over the life of your mattress. If at any point you feel your DLX mattress is not providing the comfort it should, we offer the option to replace it at a reduced cost. The specifics are as follows:
Any time you feel your mattress is not delivering the comfort you need, you may purchase a new mattress at 50% off the current retail price. This excludes any ongoing sales promotions or discounts and does not allow the use of additional discount codes.
The replacement mattress must be the exact same type, size, and style as your original DLX mattress.
Transportation costs associated with the new mattress are the purchaser's responsibility.
The replacement mattress will not come with a new 100-night trial, and it cannot be returned or exchanged.
This offer extends only to the original purchaser.
Taking advantage of the Comfort Assurance Program does not start a new warranty or guarantee period. It merely continues under the original warranty terms.

DLX Limited Lifetime Mattress Warranty
This DLX Limited Lifetime Mattress Warranty applies to your DLX mattress and is extended solely to the original purchaser. Coverage commences on the date the Product was originally purchased.
What this Warranty covers:
Indentation Coverage: This warranty covers visible indentations or sags on the mattress greater than one and a half (1.5) inches that are not a result of improper use, an improper bed, bed base, or foundation. The indentation must be visible with no weight applied or no weight applied for at least an hour to allow the materials to recover. We might ask the mattress to be placed on the floor to rule out improper bed, bed base, or foundation and/or faulty support that must be replaced.
Please note that our warranty does not cover body impressions, imprints or indentations which are a normal and natural occurrence, and are an indication that the foam layers are conforming to each person’s individual weight and body contours and characteristics. Body impressions will be more noticeable on King and Queen size. This body impression is unavoidable and is not an indication of any structural failure of your new mattress.
10-Year Full Replacement Period: During the first ten years of this Warranty, DLX will replace or repair, at our discretion, your mattress without charge to you if it is deemed defective. The purchaser is responsible for transportation or any associated costs of returning the Product, as well as any disposal or removal costs if DLX deems it necessary to replace the entire Product. Replacement Products do not come with a new Warranty or a new 100-night trial.
Lifetime Prorated Coverage: After the first ten years, DLX will replace or repair the mattress if it's found defective, subject to a prorated charge based on the year of the claim and the original purchase price. The prorated charges are as follows:
11th Year: 50% of the original purchase price.
From the 13th Year onwards: 60% of the original purchase price.
21st Year and beyond: The charge will be the same as if the Product was replaced in the 20th year.
What this Warranty does not cover:
Our warranty does not cover certain conditions. These include but are not limited to:
A normal increase in softness or decrease in firmness of the material.
Comfort preference changes, including perceived changes in firmness, softness, or responsiveness.
Body impressions, imprints or indentations which are a normal and natural occurrence, and are an indication that the foam layers are conforming to each person’s individual weight and body contours and characteristics. Body impressions will be more noticeable on King and Queen size. This body impression is unavoidable and is not an indication of any structural failure of your new mattress.
Changes in the preference of the height or weight of your mattress.
Physical damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to burns, cuts, tears, or liquid damage.
Damage associated with an improper bed frame, foundation, or adjustable base. Use of your mattress in a manner for which it is unintended will render the warranty null and void.
Floor models or demonstration samples sold at a discount.
Replacement of any other part of the sleep system (e.g., foundation, adjustable base, pillows, etc.) unless also defective.
Products sold by unauthorized retailers or those sold "as-is," "preconditioned," "reconditioned," "used," "comfort return," "returned," "previously owned," etc.
Odors or other scents and aromas.
Mildew or mold occurring after use of the mattress, unless discovered within 30 days of purchase.
Claims made outside the 48 contiguous states.
Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of products determined to be defective.
If your Product has been discontinued, DLX retains the right to determine the price of a comparable model which will be used for calculating the prorated replacement charges.
ADEQUATE SUPPORT FOR THIS MATTRESS
Proper support is essential to the longevity and performance of the mattress. Failure to have a proper bed frame may invalidate the Warranty.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:
For any service under this warranty, please contact DLX via our website or at 716-665-2247 within the warranty period. Provide relevant receipt copies, a statement describing the damage, and photographs showing the suspected damage. DLX reserves the right to inspect the product prior to authorizing any replacement or repair under this warranty.
Retain your proof of purchase documents and law tag on the mattress, as they will be needed to demonstrate your Product's eligibility for warranty coverage.
Claims & Restrictions
To make a claim, please keep the original proof of purchase and law tag on the Mattress. DLX does not cover transportation, inspection, or removal costs of defective products. Warranty claims are valid only for the original purchaser. The Warranty does not cover:
Normal changes in firmness or comfort preference over time.
Physical damage to the Mattress structure or cover.
Use of the Mattress on an improper bed frame.
Mattresses sold "as-is", "preconditioned", "used", etc.
