    Once you place your order, you can expect your new DLX mattress at your doorstep within two to three weeks, depending on your location within the United States. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your mattress as swiftly as possible.

    Shipping Timeline & Tracking Details

    We ship your DLX Mattress within 7 to 10 days of order placement. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your mattress is on its way. Should shipping exceed 10 days, we'll notify you, and you're free to cancel without any penalty.

    Dealing with Tracking and Delivery Concerns

    Trouble with your tracking number? Don't worry. Contact us via call or email, and we'll figure it out for you. And remember, tracking details may take a few hours to show up in the FedEx system. Should you find any issue with the package upon delivery, please reach out to us promptly with photos of the damage, so we can address your situation.

    Special Notes on Shipping and Delivery

    • APO/FPO and PO Boxes: We regret that we can't ship to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes, but we do offer military discounts.
    • Old Mattress Removal: We can't assist with the removal of your old mattress, but we can suggest options for responsible disposal.
