The DLX Lifetime Limited Warranty primarily covers indentations greater than 1.5 inches on your DLX mattress that are not a result of improper use or an improper bed frame. In the first ten years, we will repair or replace a defective mattress at no cost to you, excluding transportation and/or disposal costs, which are the purchaser's responsibility. After the initial ten years, the warranty becomes prorated.

The Comfort Assurance Program is a unique initiative by DLX that allows you to replace your mattress at a discounted rate if you find it's not comfortable, even if it isn't technically defective according to the warranty terms. You can purchase a new mattress of the same type, size, and style at 50% off the current retail price, excluding any ongoing sales promotions, discounts, or additional discount codes. Please note, transportation costs associated with the new mattress are the purchaser's responsibility.

Our warranty does not cover normal changes in firmness, comfort preference changes, normal body impressions, or physical damage to the mattress such as burns, cuts, tears, or liquid damage. Please refer to our full warranty details for a complete list of exclusions.

To file a claim, you can contact DLX through our website or call us at 716-665-2247. You will need to provide a copy of the original receipt, a statement describing the defect, and photographs showing the suspected damage.

If the specific model of your DLX mattress has been discontinued, we will determine the price of a comparable model which will be used for calculating the prorated replacement charges.

Proper support is crucial for the longevity and performance of your DLX mattress. Using an improper bed frame could potentially invalidate the warranty. Please ensure your bed frame offers solid support and allows for ventilation.
