We understand that investing in a DLX mattress is a big decision. To help you shop with confidence, here are our comprehensive return and refund policies.
We get it – sometimes you may change your mind. If your DLX mattress or foundation is unopened, you can request a return within 120 days (mattresses) or 45 days (foundations) of delivery. We'll provide a return shipping label, and you can leave the rest to us. Just remember that for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been removed from their original packaging.
Every DLX mattress comes with a 120 Night Risk-Free Trial. This means you have 120 days from delivery to make sure DLX is the right fit for you. If you're not completely satisfied within this trial period, we'll give you a full refund. Note that this trial is limited to one refund per household and only applies to purchases made directly with DLX.
Adapting to a new mattress is similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes. It takes time. We suggest giving yourself 30-60 days to adjust to your new DLX. If, after this period, you still aren't comfortable, reach out to us. We're always here to help you find the perfect comfort solution.
In the unlikely event you decide DLX isn't for you, you'll need to donate your mattress to a local charity or shelter. Then, send us the donation receipt and mattress tags. Once we verify this, we'll process your full refund. Remember, we can't start the refund process until we have proof that your mattress has been donated.
We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel an order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel at any time for a full refund. Simply get in touch, and we'll take care of it.
For foundations, returns are accepted within 45 days if they remain unopened in their original packaging. If you've received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 45 days for a replacement or refund.
Upon approval, you'll receive an email that your refund is on its way. It can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account due to banking processes. If you face any delays, please contact us right away.
