We understand that investing in a DLX mattress is a big decision. To help you shop with confidence, here are our comprehensive return and refund policies.

The DLX Comfort Guarantee: 120 Nights to Decide.

Every DLX mattress comes with a 120 Night Risk-Free Trial. This means you have 120 days from delivery to make sure DLX is the right fit for you. If you're not completely satisfied within this trial period, we'll give you a full refund. Note that this trial is limited to one refund per household and only applies to purchases made directly with DLX.

This return policy applies only to mattresses. Foundations, adjustable bases, pillows, and other non-mattress items are not covered under this policy.

Give it Time: The Adjustment Period

Adapting to a new mattress is similar to breaking in a new pair of shoes. It takes time. We suggest giving yourself 30-60 days to adjust to your new DLX. If, after this period, you still aren't comfortable, reach out to us. We're always here to help you find the perfect comfort solution.

Navigating the Refund Process

In the unlikely event you decide DLX isn't for you, you'll need to donate your mattress to a local charity or shelter. Then, send us the donation receipt and mattress tags. Once we verify this, we'll process your full refund. Remember, we can't start the refund process until we have proof that your mattress has been donated.


Unopened Mattress Returns

We understand that plans can change! If your DLX mattress is still in its original, unopened packaging, you may request a return within 120 days of delivery. We will send you a shipping label to send it back to us. For additional assistance with your return, please contact our customer service team.

Please note that this policy applies exclusively to mattresses. Foundations, adjustable bases, pillows, and other non-mattress items are not eligible for returns under this policy.

Refund and Return Policy for Foundations, Adjustable Bases, and Non-Mattress Items

We accept returns or exchanges for products that were damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly. To qualify for a refund or exchange for such items, you must contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive your email, we will respond promptly to arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price.
You may return any foundation that remains unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns if the foundation has been removed from its original packaging. Please note:

  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned foundation in its original condition and have completed our inspection.

Once approved, we will process your refund for the full purchase amount. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Changing Plans: Order Cancellations

We understand that life happens and sometimes you need to cancel an order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel at any time for a full refund. Simply get in touch, and we'll take care of it.

When Can You Expect Your Refund?

Upon approval, you'll receive an email that your refund is on its way. It can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account due to banking processes. If you face any delays, please contact us right away.
