Steps to Unbox and Set Up Your DLX Mattress

5 Easy Steps

1. UNBOX. Bring the box into your bedroom, open one side, lay it on its side, and gently slide out your new DLX Mattress.
2. POSITION. Place the rolled-up mattress on your bed frame or foundation/box spring, ready for unwrapping.
3. UNWRAP. Carefully rip the plastic seal without sharp objects. Watch as your mattress begins to unroll. Ensure no kids or pets are nearby during this exciting moment!
4. REMOVE. Cut away the second plastic layer and clear all packaging material, revealing your DLX Mattress in its full glory.
5. ENJOY. Your mattress is ready when you are! While it's prepped for immediate use, it may take up to 48 hours for full recovery.

TIPS

Don’t rush to judgment. Good sleep takes time. Allow 30-60 days to fully adjust to your new mattress.

It’s temporary. Your new mattress may have a slight scent for a little while, which is completely normal. It will dissipate over time. Rest assured, we use CertiPUR-US foam, which is free of potential harmful chemicals and fiberglass.

Check the support. If your new mattress feels saggy, lacks support, or exhibits any unusual behavior, try placing it on the floor temporarily to see if the issue persists. If problems persist, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
