"I had to switch to side sleeping and my very firm foam mattress was causing severe pressure points on my shoulders. I put a pillow under my torso to relieve the shoulder but then the pressure point expanded to the hip too. I wanted a "soft" mattress but didn't know which one. The DLX Premier has a zip off top which enables you8 to change out the high density foam if it needs adjustments or eventually wears out. This is why I bought it, flexibility to modify it. I got a medium density, and it is very plush but supportive. I am 5'11" and 225. The medium is plenty soft enough. I am very happy with the mattress. Chronic pressure points are gone. Years of suffering at night are fading. The 14" works fine on an adjustable bed, even zero gravity setting."

Soft and supportive enough to keep my back happy. On a space of 1-10, I would give it a 4-4. 5 on softness. My hips definitely don't sink way in, body stays aligned."
